Dhruv Sharma is a Software Engineer at Snap-on Business Solutions with 2.61 years of relevant experience. In his previous role as a Software Engineer in the Application Support Team at Snap-on Business Solutions, Dhruv worked on maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing support to several applications such as Jira, Opsview, Sharepoint, Accurev, Jfrog Artifactory, etc. He performed deployments and coordinated with developer teams to ensure maintaining SLAs and timely delivery of releases. He also ensured that Linux systems were running at optimal capacity (CPU/Memory) and maintained Bash Scripts for automation and related tasks. Dhruv also worked with Hashicorp Vault to provide requisite access to application/teams to enable automation seamlessly and performed patching tests for publishing boxes and worked on troubleshooting issues with colleagues. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
